Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Introduction
Welcome to YOURx Health (“YOURx Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, telehealth platform, healthcare services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. You must also be physically located in a jurisdiction where YOURx Health and its affiliated healthcare providers are authorized to provide the applicable Services at the time care is rendered.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, completing medical questionnaires, communicating with healthcare providers, or otherwise using the Services.
Telehealth Services
YOURx Health facilitates access to telehealth services provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals. Depending on the service, care may include medical evaluations, consultations, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, follow-up care, and other healthcare services.
Use of the Services does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription, medication, or any particular treatment. All treatment decisions are made by the treating healthcare professional based on their independent medical judgment and your individual circumstances.
A healthcare provider may determine that telehealth treatment is not appropriate for you and may recommend that you seek in-person care.
No Emergency Services
YOURx Health is not an emergency medical service and should not be used for medical emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care from an appropriate emergency medical provider.
Prescriptions and Medications
If a healthcare provider determines that medication is medically appropriate, the provider may issue a prescription. The decision to prescribe any medication, including the medication selected, dosage, and duration of treatment, is made solely by the treating healthcare provider.
Prescriptions may be transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Medication availability, pricing, shipping times, and fulfillment may vary depending on the pharmacy, prescription, location, and other factors.
YOURx Health does not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular medication or treatment.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Keep your account information current
- Protect your username, password, and other login credentials
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
- Use the Services only for your own healthcare unless otherwise expressly authorized
You may not impersonate another person, provide false medical information, or use another person’s account.
Fees, Billing, and Payment
You agree to pay all fees disclosed to you before completing your purchase.
Depending on the program or service selected, charges may include consultation fees, membership fees, medication costs, laboratory costs, shipping fees, or other clearly disclosed charges.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amounts to that payment method.
If you enroll in a subscription or automatically renewing program, you authorize recurring charges according to the pricing and billing frequency disclosed to you at checkout. Your subscription will continue until canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Prices may change from time to time. Any applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and material conditions will be disclosed before purchase or renewal as required by law.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the Service, program, medication status, and whether healthcare services have already been provided.
Any specific cancellation, refund, or renewal terms presented during checkout or enrollment are incorporated into these Terms.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals but may not automatically provide a refund for amounts already charged, services already rendered, or medications already ordered or dispensed, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy.
Insurance
Certain Services or medications may be eligible for insurance coverage, while others may be offered on a cash-pay basis.
YOURx Health does not guarantee that an insurance company will cover any consultation, medication, laboratory service, or other expense. Insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, prior authorization requirements, and other out-of-pocket costs are determined by the applicable insurance plan.
You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits and for any amounts not covered by your insurance.
Privacy and Health Information
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Personal and health information collected through the Services will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and healthcare laws. Certain health information may be protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) or other applicable laws.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding your account, appointments, treatment, prescriptions, orders, billing, and other Service-related matters through email, telephone, text message, or other electronic communications as permitted by law.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and you may opt out of eligible marketing communications using the instructions provided in those communications.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YOURx Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOURx Health and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, create a security risk, or use the Services in a manner that may violate applicable law.
Termination of your account does not eliminate payment obligations or other obligations incurred before termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or applicable laws.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
