These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments, charges, subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations are handled for purchases made through YOURx Health LLC (“YOURx Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the billing terms presented to you at checkout and these Billing Terms & Conditions.
Pricing and Charges
The price applicable to your purchase will be clearly displayed before you complete checkout.
Before submitting payment, you will be provided with information regarding:
- The amount you will be charged at the time of purchase;
- Whether your purchase is a one-time payment or recurring subscription;
- The frequency and amount of any recurring charges;
- Any applicable shipping or additional fees; and
- The applicable cancellation and renewal terms.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We will not intentionally charge fees that were not disclosed to you before you completed your purchase.
One-Time Purchases
For products offered as a one-time purchase, your selected payment method will be charged the total amount displayed at checkout.
A one-time purchase does not automatically enroll you in recurring billing unless recurring billing is separately and clearly disclosed and accepted during checkout.
Subscription and Recurring Purchases
Certain products or services may be offered on a subscription or recurring basis.
If you purchase a subscription, the checkout page will clearly disclose the initial amount due, subsequent recurring payment amount, and billing frequency before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize YOURx Health LLC to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed interval until you cancel your subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before your next scheduled billing date.
Promotional and Introductory Pricing
If your purchase includes promotional, discounted, or introductory pricing, the checkout page will clearly disclose the promotional price and, when applicable, the price that will apply after the promotional period ends.
For example, if an introductory price applies only to your first order and subsequent orders renew at a different price, both prices will be disclosed before you complete checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers.
Order Summary
Before completing your purchase, you will have an opportunity to review your order, including the products or services selected and the total amount due.
For recurring purchases, the applicable renewal price and billing frequency will also be disclosed before purchase.

Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method and completing your purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
You authorize YOURx Health LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts disclosed during checkout.
For recurring subscriptions, this authorization remains in effect until your subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.
Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Your payment information may be securely processed by third-party payment processors. YOURx Health LLC does not necessarily store your complete payment card information.
Failed Payments
If we are unable to process a scheduled payment, we may attempt to process the payment again using the payment method associated with your account.
We may contact you to request updated payment information.
If payment cannot be successfully processed, your order, subscription, or access to applicable services may be delayed, suspended, or canceled.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel an eligible subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided on our website or by contacting customer support.
To prevent your payment method from being charged for the next billing period, your cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically reverse charges that were properly processed before cancellation.
Any applicable refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased and the circumstances of the request.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Price Changes
If the price of a recurring subscription changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before charging the new subscription price.
Where required, you will have an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other required fees, if any, will be disclosed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
The total amount presented before purchase will reflect the charges applicable to that transaction.
