What is YOURx Health?
YOURx Health invites you to experience the difference! Health isn’t just about having a yearly exam and finding out that all of your “numbers” are within the “normal” range. True health is about enjoying a life full of energy, vitality, and peak wellness! We want to help those who are sick and tired of being unwell, overweight, or aging prematurely to take back control of their health. We know what works and we want to share our experience and knowledge with you. Our passion and purpose in helping patients attain optimal health drives us to encourage treatments that can establish a better quality of life. Does YOURx Health require insurance?
All of our products are cash pay as we do not offer support for medical insurance at this time.
How and when can I contact support?

Do I need a prescription?
Yes, for all of our product except our supplements. Once you decide which medication is needed, simply fill our our medical questionnaire and a board-certified physician will prescribe you the medication if approved.
How do I order your products?
You can order any of our products by simply clicking the “Get started” button associated with that product. If it’s a prescription medication, you will fill out a quick and formal medical questionnaire so that one of our board-certified physicians can consult you and if approved, we’ll immediately ship your product. For Supplements, there is no medical questionnaire required. You can order more products through your members portal once you make your first purchase and/or sign up for our free membership.
How can I get a refill on my prescription?
You can manually arrange this through your members portal or schedule a subscription for a discounted price. You will not be charged until the medication has been processed.
How do I change the date or cancel my next subscription order?
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time prior to your next shipment. Simply login to your Customer Portal, click on “Orders”, then click “Manage” on any order you wish to modify.

How does shipping work?
3 day shipping is included on all orders.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, once you have completed the intake process, you will be provided a secured link to add your CC which will stay on file.
Are my photos and data secure and encrypted?
We respect the privacy of your data and comply with the latest safety regulations. Your data is stored on a HIPAA compliant and secure server. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
What is your Refund Policy?
At YOURx, you are free to cancel, postpone, or pause your subscription at any time (and for any reason) prior to your next shipment. If at all possible, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice before your next order is set to process.
YOURx cannot guarantee refunds for any cancellation requests received after the pharmacy has processed your order. Furthermore, YOURx does not accept returns nor guarantee refunds for any product once it has left the pharmacy.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, or are dissatisfied with your product, please contact our team within 30 days following your order fulfillment. We will be more than happy to help make things right.
Do you service all 50 states?
We service all states except Mississippi.

GoGo Meds DBA Jungle Jims is located at 5484 Dixie Highway Fairfield, OH 45014. They can be contacted at (877) 858-3784. They are able to dispense medications and maintain a license in 44 US states. Unfortunately, they cannot dispense sterile compounds and do not have a license in the following US states: CALIFORNIA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NORTH CAROLINA, TEXAS, MASSACHUSETTS, MISSISSIPPI, NEW HAMPSHIRE, WEST VIRGINIA, and DELAWARE.
